Dymax PushOut Bucket is positioned over the hopper or truck. Rather than activating dump cycle, or, as with a rollout bucket, engaging the cylinders that "roll" the bucket forward in its cradle, the operator merely engages the ram, and begins to "push" the material from the bucket.

As the ram moves toward the lip of the bucket, material gradually is ejected from the bucket. Ram movement is fully controlled by the operator, who can move it forward in one motion, or can move it incrementally. This enables the load to be metered. When hopper or truck is equipped with scale, operator can very effectively eject exactly the correct amount of material.

The ram is clearly seen in this photo. Dymax PushOut Bucket capacities match those obtained with rollout buckets. Dump heights are typically somewhat less than rollout buckets since the fulcrum point on a rollout bucket is significantly extended beyond the B pin height on loader lift arms.

This photo shows the back of the Dymax PushOut Bucket. The cylinders are protected from damage as they are located under the vertical sections on the upper portion of the bucket frame.
