Each of us is responsible for his or her own behavior, health, career advancement, personal growth and achievement. In the context of work we believe that each job must contribute to the value of our products and services, and that each employee must "own" the output of his or her individual efforts. Likewise, the business, as an entity, must also be accountable -- for our success and survival.
