"We are each responsible for our own success; no one guarantees it for us."

We highly value the notion of personal accountability. Each of us is responsible for his or her own behavior, health, career advancement, personal growth and achievement.

In the context of work we believe that each job must contribute to the value of our products and services, and that each employee must "own" the output of his or her individual efforts.

Likewise, the business, as an entity, must also be accountable -- for our success and survival. We believe we insure our survival by making decisions and taking actions that meet our customers' expectations.

We will not expect others to make us successful. Instead, we will focus on what we can do ourselves to take us toward our objectives.

“Our society has developed some very powerful notions about entitlement. It's almost as though we are ‘owed’ certain rewards. Baloney! That concept never built a long lasting, self-sustaining enterprise!”
